VSSL UNION Membership Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice Requirement
Members wishing to cancel their membership must first notify VSSL UNION via email. A written cancellation notice must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests must be sent to aloha@vsslunion.com. The 30-day notice period will begin on the date the written notice is received.
After submitting the email notice, members are required to visit the studio in person to complete and sign the official cancellation form. Cancellation requests will not be considered complete until both steps (email notice and signed form) are fulfilled.
2. Final Billing Cycle
Upon receipt of a valid cancellation notice, one final billing cycle will occur. Members will retain full access to all classes and facilities during this final period.
No refunds or prorated adjustments will be issued for partial months or unused classes.
3. Membership Holds (Freeze)
Members may request to place their membership on hold up to three (3) times per calendar year, for a duration ranging from 2 weeks to a maximum of 2 months per hold.
A 30-day written notice is required for all hold requests. Each approved hold request is subject to a $25 processing fee.

4. Membership Rate Upon Reinstatement
If a member cancels their membership and later chooses to rejoin, they may be subject to the current general membership rates at the time of reinstatement.
Previous membership rates are not guaranteed upon re-enrollment.
5. Cancellation Fee Within First 6 Months
There is no minimum membership commitment.
However, members who choose to cancel their membership within the first six (6) months from their membership start date will be subject to a one-time $50 early cancellation fee.
This fee will be charged in addition to the final billing cycle, unless waived due to approved medical conditions or permanent relocation (documentation may be required).
6. Non-Transferability and Refund Policy
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to unused classes, personal scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with services.
7. Agreement Acknowledgment
By signing below, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Membership Cancellation Policy.
